JJ Speed Lab was created to fill a gap. A place where athletes of all levels can get real coaching, real results, and real confidence. Founded by Coach John Jensen, the Lab is built on years of hands-on experience, a passion for developing athletes, and a deep connection to the spirit of competition.Coach Jensen brings a strong track record to the table. Five seasons coaching football and nine seasons leading track and field programs. He’s a two-time SSC Red Track & Field Coach of the Year. His coaching has led to 22 state-qualifying performances, 3 All-State events, and 4 broken school records.But beyond the accolades, Coach Jensen is known for his ability to connect. His technical approach to speed and movement is clear, effective, and easy for athletes to understand and apply. Whether they’re preparing for a big stage or learning the fundamentals. His philosophy is simple: coach every athlete with the same level of care and attention, no matter their current ability.JJ Speed Lab was born out of stepping away from coaching and realizing what was missing.
